Hi! I’m Rhoda Lazo Todoran. I facilitate group and private sessions of reiki-infused breathwork, both online and in-person, to provide my clients with life-changing and lasting emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.

Many who resonate with my work often felt a sense of alienation growing up, as if we were navigating a world that operated on different frequencies and values. Although many of us had troubled childhoods and early adulthoods, we knew all along that deep down that there is a truth, a light, a deep connection that is stronger than the external influences that society encourages us to prioritize and aspire towards. There is a golden thread that binds us to the deeper world. A world that allows us to breathe with the trees and allows us to exhale in a deep knowing, a faith that only we can experience for ourselves. No one can tell us, or show us but ourselves. This is what I refer to as Embodied Spirituality and it is what I’ve experienced personally in my own journey and witnessed in others that I have facilitated.

I believe that we are all here to evolve and embody spirituality, whether we perceive it as God, Nature, the Cosmos, or through our own individual beliefs. This involves living authentically, embracing the beauty of our human existence, and nurturing a deep connection with the divine.

All my offerings have an emphasis on earth-based mindfulness, sovereignty, and self-mastery. My aim is to hold space where individuals can connect and align with Divine and Earth energies, allowing their heart-centered beingness to guide their lives and activate their self-healing abilities.

I’ve facilitated tailored workshops for amazing communities like the yearly Spirit Weavers Gathering in Oregon, Soho House Malibu in California, House of Intuition in Los Angeles, and yearly Origins Gathering in Costa Rica.
